While working at a Japanese restaurant in Canada, I was deeply impressed by the foreign drinking culture, which differed greatly from Japan's. Later, after working at a project company targeting Generation Z called "僕と私と株式会社" in Japan, I decided to start my own business.
I developed and sold "Aika beer," a craft beer concept aimed at people who don't like beer's bitterness.
After gaining experience launching a restaurant in Nara and being drawn to the charms of the local area, I became determined to change Japan from the regions and then to the world.
I developed and sold "SakeCola" a cola-flavored alcoholic beverage, in collaboration with a long-established sake brewery, achieving 400% funding through crowdfunding.
カナダの日本食レストランでの就業中、日本とは大きく異なる海外の飲み文化に感銘を受け、日本でZ世代向けの企画会社「僕と私と株式会社」で働いたのち、起業。
ビールが苦手な人でも飲めるクラフトビールをコンセプトに"Aika beer"を開発・販売。
奈良で飲食店の立ち上げを経験し、地方の魅力に惹かれ、地方から日本を、そこから世界へを変えることを決意する。
老舗酒蔵と「酒煌螺」というコーラ酒を開発・販売し、クラウドファンディングにて400%を達成した。
