Due to a lack of confirmation on our part, some products delivered (received) between August 15th and September 8th, 2023 were shipped with incorrect labels affixed to them.
Deeply apologize.

× February 2023 ○ February 2024 Products eligible for delivery will be re-delivered according to “Procedures: ①-③”.
■Target product name: Sake-Kara (Sake Cola)
■Target period: Customers who received their items between August 15, 2023 and September 8, 2023.

Redelivery steps
①Re-delivery application From the contact page, enter the "name, email address, and phone number" you entered at the time of purchase.
・Inquiry item: Other ・Inquiry content: Please write “About re-delivery” and send.

②We will send information on where to return the product and how to return it to the email address you used to apply for the return of the product.
Please deliver to the designated return location.
*Shipping charges will be borne by us.

③We will re-deliver the new product within 10 days of receiving the product delivery request.
